🔅No sexually explicit themes, offensive themes, complicated animals, heavy mecha. If you’re not sure about the subject, don’t be afraid to ask.🔅Payment in USD (via PayPal) or PHP (via Paypal/GCash/MAYA) only.🔅I have the right to refuse the commission if I feel uncomfortable working on the requested subject.🔅50% of the total payment must be paid upfront/in advance. The second half should be paid after the approval of the finalized sketch. Process
1) Send me an e-mail with the subject “Commission Request” or DM me through Discord, Tumblr, or Twitter if a slot is still available. Please read the details, terms of service, and FAQ before contacting me. If you have any other questions not specified on the carrd website, feel free to ask me in DMs.2) Please include the following information:

If you need me to finish the commission before a certain date, please let me know at this stage.3) Once the first 50% has been paid, I will sketch out the initial concept sketch. And send it to you for approval. If the sketch has been approved, I will ask for the rest of the payment.
Commission terms of service
🔅 The artist has the right to refuse the commission if she feels uncomfortable working on the requested subject.🔅 The artist will retain all rights on the commissioned piece.🔅 The commissioned work is for personal use. The use for profit or commercial use must be consulted with the artist beforehand. Mass production is strictly prohibited.🔅 If the client wishes to sell or otherwise commercially reproduce the finished commission, this request can be submitted for consideration at any time, but will not be accepted without further payment and the entry into a new, separate contract.🔅 Clients who wish to use the commission for their monetized works (YouTube videos, streams, etc.) must notify the artist beforehand and are subject to an additional 20% fee.🔅 50% of the total payment must be paid upfront/in advance. The second half should be paid after the approval of the finalized sketch. The artist will not continue the commission until the second half of the payment has been paid.🔅 Refunds are prohibited after the initial sketch has been approved and has been paid for. If the client wishes to cancel the commission at any point after the initial 50% deposit has been sent and work has begun, the artist will keep both the art and the 50% deposit as a Kill Fee, regardless of the amount of progress that has been made on the commission, and any further obligation towards the client will be nullified.🔅 Clients who wish to have their artworks finished within 10 days after the commission is accepted are charged an additional Rush Fee of 10% minimum on top of the original price. The total Rush Fee will be equal to the amount of time and effort required to finish the commissioned work within the deadline.🔅 Any commission with a hard deadline or rush fee that the artist fails to deliver in time will be refunded in full unless there is an agreement between the artist and the client to push the deadline back.🔅 The artist will send a watermarked update at every major stage of production (initial sketch, lineart, and color) as applicable. The client will have the ability to request up to 3 revisions throughout the entire commission process in between each stage.🔅 Minor edits after the commission is finished are allowed and free of charge. However, if the edits are seen as too major by the artist, additional fees will be charged equal to the amount of time and effort required to accommodate this revision.🔅 Work-in-progress (WIP) images are not to be shared publicly and will always contain a watermark. Removal of this watermark is prohibited.🔅 The client cannot alter the work without the artist’s permission and removal of the artist’s watermarks or signature is strictly prohibited.🔅 The artist reserves the right to use the commissioned work for her portfolio and social media, should she wish to do so.🔅 The commissioned artwork and its Work-in-Progress images are strictly prohibited from being used or sold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).🔅 The commissioned artwork and its Work-in-Progress images are strictly prohibited from being used in any sort of AI-driven image generation tool.

Yes, you may!Can I repost your work to another site? Can I dub/translate your work/use it for my video?
Yes, you may but on the condition that you do not remove/purposefully crop out any of my watermarks, signature or significantly alter my work. This goes without saying that I don’t allow my works to be use for any illegal/offensive content.I also do not allow my works to be reposted on Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, and TikTok.
If possible, please attach the links to any of my social media accounts.If I find anyone violating these terms, I will rescind my permissions for all.How do I pay for the commission?

The amount of time of each commission will depend on its complexity and how far down the queue you are.I have both a full-time and a part-time job, so I only work on commissions during my free time. There are times when I have urgent and unexpected work/family matters that I will have to prioritize.
